Digital Identity and Intellectual Property
The pets presented in the creative team and sanctuary sections of Duke PetCare are part of our inspiration. All contents, designs, logos, and characters represented in the application are the exclusive intellectual property of Duke PetCare. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
Animal Health (Important Notice)
Duke PetCare is strictly a management and information recording tool.
Local-First Philosophy and Data Control
The information you log about your pet is private and resides exclusively on your device. You have total control: to delete your data permanently, simply clear the application's data in your device settings or uninstall the application.
Backup Responsibility
Since the application uses local storage (without cloud synchronization), it is the sole responsibility of the user to generate and secure backups periodically. Duke PetCare is not responsible for the loss of information due to device changes, theft, uninstallation, or operating system failures.
Stability and Diagnostics
To improve the experience, the app uses crash reporting tools (Crashlytics) that collect anonymous technical data. We do not use behavioral tracking tools (Analytics) for commercial purposes. For more details, consult our Privacy Policy.
Friends and Allies
External services shown in the "Friends of Duke" section are the responsibility of their respective providers. Duke PetCare acts solely as a directory and does not guarantee the provision, quality, or continuity of these third-party services.
Free Service and Limitation of Liability
The application is delivered "as-is" and free of charge. The developer assumes no liability for damages, data loss, or decisions made based on the recorded information. The use of the platform is at the user's sole risk.
Evolution of the Service
We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw functions of the app at any time and without prior notice. This includes enhancements, bug fixes, or changes in software architecture.
Requirements and Applicable Law
This application is intended for users over 13 years of age. Any dispute arising from the use of Duke PetCare shall be resolved under the laws in force in the developer's country of residence.
