Privacy Commitment
At Duke PetCare, we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information. The application is designed to be Local-First, which means your privacy is guaranteed by your own device's hardware.
Local Storage
All data about your pets, medical records, weights, and photos are stored exclusively in your device's local memory. Duke PetCare does not have cloud servers to store this information, so we have no access to your records.
Diagnostics and Stability (Crashlytics)
To ensure the app works correctly, we use Firebase Crashlytics. This tool collects only technical data about software errors and unexpected crashes. These reports are entirely anonymous and do not contain names, emails, or data about your pets; they are used exclusively so that our technical team can fix bugs.
Data Deletion
The user has total control. If you want to delete your information permanently, simply clear the application's data in your operating system settings or uninstall the app.
Minimum Age
This application is suitable for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under that age.
